Roger

Roger Girard

Having built 13 successful companies over the past 40 years in multiple industries, Roger has extensive knowledge and experience in Sustainability, Change Management, Designing Capital Structures, Finance, Construction, Global Product Commercialization, Product Development, Manufacturing, Merchandising and Distribution. Roger also serves as CEO/Chairman and lead investor in instaCOVER LLC, Founding Partner/Board Member Xecutive Advisory Partners, CEO of Equipment Protection Association LLC and US Board member at Clearwater College. Recently, Roger has been Chairman and CEO of IsoRay Medical, (AMEX. ISR), a global company that developed and manufactured a new Radionuclide for the treatment of malignant tumors. Roger has raised over $310 million in investment equity over his career.

Nevil

Nevil Hermer

Nevil has work experience in South Africa, London, New York and Seattle. While living in South Africa he served as the HR Director for an international textile company and then, upon immigrating to the US and receiving his permanent residence, he acquired a bankrupt automotive glass business and built that to $80 million in revenues over a period of 14 years when it was sold to a national company.

Nevil has utilized his education and experience to focus primarily on organizational psychology issues. Having served as a board member in three different organizations he inevitably ends up focusing on the people issues, be they family or outside employees.

The 3 companies he started and built over the past 20 years have been successful as a result of the people who been selected and employed to use their experience and knowledge managing the day-to-day requirements of the job.

At one time a nationally ranked squash player, Nevil now spends as much time as possible with his family and grandchildren.

Jessup

Len Jessup

Len Jessup is a two-time university president, two-time business school dean, long-time business school professor in tech, entrepreneurship, leadership, and organizational change, and a startup investor and advisor. Len is a visionary leader in higher education, and he was most recently president of Claremont Graduate University, a member of the prestigious Claremont College consortium in southern California. He has also served as president of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, as well as dean of the business schools at both the University of Arizona and Washington State University, among other senior leadership roles. He has received numerous awards, including the prestigious CEO Award from the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) District VII.

While president of UNLV, he led a transformation of the university’s tech transfer and commercialization capabilities. While b’school dean at the University of Arizona Len was instrumental in helping to design and implement the university’s new approach to technology transfer and commercialization, Tech Launch Arizona. Across each of his leadership roles at these leading universities, Len has also helped to form, launch, fund, and guide many successful start-ups.

The first in his family to graduate from college, Jessup was born and raised in northern California. He holds a doctorate in Management and Organizational Behavior from the University of Arizona, with a minor in Management Information Systems. He also holds an MBA as well as a bachelor’s degree in information and communication studies, both from California State University, Chico.

Len’s book with Forbes on Selfless Leadership is now out and is an Amazon Best Seller. In his spare time Len enjoys being active, outside, enjoying sunny days through the southwest.

John

John Jones

John has spent his professional career assisting organizations with the art of weaving technology into organizational strategies. He provides XAP’s clients with executive-level guidance with the complexities of business and technology strategy and problem solving.

John’s career has included time spent in CIO, CTO, COO, and CEO roles, in a variety of organizational structures and sizes. He has worked with organizations in the US, Canada, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East, and brings the experiences of multiple verticals and cultures, a vision for what can be, and the comfort and confidence of knowing that every decision is based on a business driver. Whether it is driving new or additional revenue, stabilizing or scaling support environments, or building and integrating outstanding teams, John has the experience, vast network, and a host of strategic partners to help move the needle.

With verticals of exposure that include: FinTech, Financial Services, Higher Education, Professional Services, Real Estate, P&C Insurance, Life Insurance, Mortgage Lending/Servicing, Warehouse, Distribution, and Logistics/Reverse Logistics, his expansive and diverse background allows him to easily walk into nearly any situation and begin providing value and assistance.

When time permits, John disappears off grid to go fly fishing.
